Loved this nicely presented accommodation with excellent and extraordinarily friendly staff. It was based in a very clean modern building in a good location, so close to Sydney Central railway station. - I ate in the outdoor restaurant nearby and enjoyed it.

This hotel is incredibly clean and offers amazing value. the location is cozy and convenient, right next to Central Station, the old central post office, Darling Harbour, Paddy's Markets, and plenty of take-out restaurants. the staff is super helpful and attentive. the rooms are a good size and have a comfortable layout, with a nice lounge area and a balcony. the on-site private parking is a fantastic service.

I stayed at the penthouse and the layout was really nice, affordable and comfortable.
Previously I stayed at the medina at darling harbor and I did have an issue that I payed the bond by credit card and the receptionist told me that I would receive it back in a few days bit nothing happened so I had to call my bank and this issue was happening for 3 weeks. And also at the other medina, the receptionist was not listening clearly because she charged the room via credit card when I clearly had cash and said I'll pay by cash and the bond will have to be payed by credit card, so that was also annoying. I was happy that the reception team at medina central could listen to my previous disappointment at the other medina so they moved my partner to a penthouse suite..

The location was ideal for me in terms of conducting business. Having laundry facilities was good, too.

The key cards kept having to be taken to the front desk as they wouldn't work in the doors. The balconies need to be looked at as they are a safety issue with the cement things on them.

Good size rooms, very comfortable and clean. Staff very helpfull and pleasant.
None of the windows in our room open, so we had to keep aircon on all night which is not very envriomentally friendly. A bathroom exhaust fan would be useful as bathroom got very steamy.

Immaculately clean, amazing value hotel, the location was convenient very close to the eateries and darling Harbour. Professional folks on Adina's 24 hour reception desk. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of food and alcoholic drinks. The venue was well presented and simply stunning, I recommend it to anyone.

The location was excellent, really easy for public transport into the city, surrounding suburbs and the airport. The facilities were modern and clean and there was not anything that I needed and didn't find. The delivery menus came in handy!
Pre-approving funds on my credit card without advising that they were going to - I checked with my bank because I was worried someone was stealing from my account!! It's been 3 days since I left but they still haven't actually charged my credit card for the room which is annoying because I have to keep factoring in how much I owe them when working out my account balance. Serviced the room even though I put out "do not disturb", even entered while my family was still in there, spoke to my daughter and ran out when my husband walked out of the bedroom. I appreciate that the room was tidy but found this a little unprofessional.
